American DG Energy Inc. (ADGE) distributes and operates clean, onsite energy systems that produce electricity, hot water, heat and cooling. The Company also distributes and operates water chillier systems for building cooling applications. ADGE is a distributed generation onsite energy company that sells energy in the form of electricity, heat, hot water and air conditioning under long-term contracts with commercial, institutional and light industrial customers. As of December 31, 2007, ADGE had installed energy systems, representing approximately 3,645 kilowatts (KW), 29.2 million British thermal units (MMBtu’s) of heat and hot water and 600 tons of cooling. The Company’s primary energy products include energy sales and energy producing products.
