Probability Plc develops and operates gambling services for mobile phone users. All gambling activity is conducted by the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Probability Games (Alderney) Limited. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2008, the Company focused its marketing on the development of the LadyLuck’s mobile gambling brand. There are over 300,000 registered customers at LadyLuck’s with live accounts. LadyLuck’s customers can play its range of games from a single account, which they set up through the Web browser built into their phone with its Alderney subsidiary, using entirely automated procedures. Its portfolio has over 20 games on offer, of which about half are slots games, such as Bingo! and Slots.
