Through his 25 years of diverse and valuable experience in mineral exploration, geological research, and more specifically, the uranium sector, Dr. Gunning will continue to guide an expanding team capable of tackling all aspects of project development at Roughrider and exploration at Russell and other properties. That process will continue in 2011, and expand to Asia. Mr. John Currie, outgoing Chairman, will remain on the Board of Directors. His track record in corporate finance at Intrawest and Lululemon will serve Hathor well.
