NUR-SULTAN, Nov 6 (Reuters) – Kazakhstan believes the new, increased cost of the Tengiz oilfield expansion project is too high and wants Chevron and ExxonMobil to review it, Energy Minister Kanat Bozumbayev said on Wednesday.
