Shares in Glu Mobile (GLUU) pulled back 3% in after-hours trading on Tuesday after the company announced that it intends to offer $100 million of its common stock in an underwritten public offering.In addition, Glu expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $15 million of its common stock.
