KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) _ EPR Properties (EPR) on Tuesday reported a key measure of profitability in its third quarter. The real estate investment trust, based in Kansas City, Missouri, said it had funds from operations of $115.3 million, or $1.46 per share, in the period.
