And it’s becoming increasingly clear that the Nasdaq and New York Stock Exchange are as behind the times as the federal laws prohibiting marijuana use.
The most recent state that legalized adult marijuana use was Connecticut. There, Gov. Ned Lamont signed a bill legalizing and regulating the use of cannabis by adults.
