Towerstream Corporation (Towerstream) provides fixed wireless broadband services to commercial users based on a monthly recurring revenue model. The Company offer customers high speed Internet access over a fixed wireless network, which supports bandwidth on demand, wireless redundancy, virtual private networks (VPNs), disaster recovery, bundled data and video services. As of December 31, 2008, Towerstream provides service to approximately 1,400 business customers in New York City, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Miami, Dallas–Fort Worth, Providence and Newport, Rhode Island. The Company offer customers bandwidth connections ranging from 0.5 megabits per second up to 1 gigabit per second.
